What You'll Don n Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and Upwork
n Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
n Write personalized proposals that win projects
n Handle discovery calls and close deals
n Follow up with prospects until conversion
n Identify partnership opportunities
n Research target industries and growth opportunities
n Use AI and automation tools to improve outreach efficiency
n Work directly with the founder on sales strategy and business growth
n What We're Looking Forn n Experience selling SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, or other digital marketing services
n Proven experience generating clients through LinkedIn, Upwork,



or outbound sales
n Excellent written and verbal English communication
n Robust negotiation and closing skills
n Ability to work independently and take ownership
n Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other sales automation platforms
n Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on results
n Bonus If You Haven n Existing Upwork success with digital marketing projects
n Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar tools
