n Project Manager
n Experience: 2-3 Years
n Vacancy: 1
n We're looking for someone who has:
n - Experience in project coordination or project management for architecture, interior, and landscape projects
n - Basic understanding of construction processes and site execution
n - Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from execution to handover
n - Knowledge of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity verification, and material tracking
n - Basic understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
n - Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams
n - Ability to read and interpret architectural,



interior, and landscape drawings
n - Experience in site supervision, quality checks, and progress monitoring
n - Ability to prepare project reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain project documentation
n - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
n - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines
n Software Skills:
n - AutoCAD
n - Microsoft Excel
n - MS Office
n - AI Tools (Proficient)
n - Microsoft Project (Preferred)
n Qualification:
n - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
n Location: Mumbai
