n Role - General Manager
n Rquired Expereince- Contact Centre Sales, Demand Consumer Analysi : 15 years in sales
n Location- Mumbai
n Responsilbilties :-
n 1. Reporting to the E Business Head
n 2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Product, Call Center, Customer
n Services, Digital Marketing and I.T., HR) & assist in all aspects of the Ecommerce business
n including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, online
n marketing, product merchandising, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web
n technologies
n 3. Responsible for CAPEX with an end to end responsibility of P&L;
n 4. Responsible for the development and management of the user experience of the online direct
n sales business including site navigation, content, development, checkout funnel, and promotional
n campaigns.
n 5. Will be leading a team of incumbents to curate, innovate and experiment recent ideas and bring




n about recent ecommerce business transformations that rise above an unprecedented customer
n experience.
n 6. Responsible for P&L;, top line and bottom-line for the Category
n 7. Operational Excellence - Drives functions to achieve quality and on-time delivery metrics.
n Ensure commitments for functionality and innovation are delivered timely within the budget
n 8. Collaborate with global and local functional teams and business units to ensure smooth end-toend
n execution of global and local initiatives
n 9. Stay abreast of latest trends and insights in ecommerce, CRM, and digital shopper marketing.
n Works with stakeholders to improve, develop and advocate new CRM, digital marketing, and
n Ecommerce opportunities
n 10. Responsible to setup and drive the online sales through call center
n 11. Responsible to achieve the sales and P&L; targets for the business
n 12. Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop Ecommerce solutions
