n Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Solar Distribution & Channel Sales

n n Key Responsibilities
n Drive territory sales and achieve assigned business targets
n Identify, appoint, and develop high-potential distributors, channel partners, and EPC customers
n Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, electrical dealers, and key decision-makers
n Own the complete sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
n Promote Aerem's solar solutions and financing offerings to customers and channel partners
n Identify new market opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory
n Gather market intelligence, track competitor activity, and recommend growth strategies
n Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support
n Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business updates
n Preferred Profile




n 2–8 years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Distribution Sales, Electricals, Building Materials, Industrial Products, Renewable Energy, or Solar
n Strong understanding of the local market and channel ecosystem within the assigned territory
n Fluency in the local language is mandatory
n Proven ability to engage with distributors, EPCs, dealers, contractors, and business owners
n Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
n Existing relationships within the solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or distribution ecosystem will be a strong advantage
n Graduate required | MBA preferred
n Comfortable with extensive field travel
