Job Description:

The Marketplace and E-commerce Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy and optimizing our presence across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce process, from product listing and pricing strategies to order fulfillment and customer service. With a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and e-commerce trends, the consultant will provide expert guidance to enhance our online visibility, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing across multiple platforms.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations,



to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on e-commerce best practices and platform usage.
Serve as a subject matter expert on marketplace policies, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing, preferably within the textile or retail industry.
Proven track record of success in driving e-commerce sales and managing online marketplaces.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc., and experience working with third-party e-commerce tools and software.
