Job Description:

• Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and
products 12c and above.
• Experience on Migration /Transformation from On-Prem to Cloud.
• Cloud IaaS and PaaS knowledge on AWS.
• Capable of Planning of Migration /Strategic Documentation.
• Creating and sizing database storage structures and database objects
• Experience on ExaCC.
• Make recommendations involving capacity planning
• Planning for and actual backup and recovery of database information
• Setting strategic direction for database platforms
• Evaluate new technologies to meet business objectives (ex. encryption
solutions, backup solutions)
• Deep knowledge of Patching, Backup/Restores, Database Patching,
Creating Standby, Participate in DR(Disaster Recovery) Activity,
DataGuard Real Time Experience, RAC Real time planning and
configuration, Database Cloning, ASM, Golden Gate, APEX, Using New




features of Oracle 12c and above version to replace existing processes
to bring about value add
• Work on Change Orders/Incidents with ITIL standard.
• Exceptional knowledge of Audit/Encryption
• Valuable understanding of terminology and concepts related to AWS
services.
• Familiar with AWS Management Console and key concepts of AWS
security measures and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of several AWS compute services, including Amazon Elastic
Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2).
• Knowledge of AWS database and storage offerings, including Amazon
Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) and Amazon Simple
Storage Service. (Amazon S3).
• Knowledge of AWS Networking, Amazon VPC and Amazon VPC
Security.
• Working experience of creation and cloning of Oracle CDB/PDB
databases.
