Job Description:
- Property Valuation & Technical Appraisal:
- Conduct site inspections and validate valuation reports for residential, commercial, and under-construction properties.
- Approve property valuations received from empaneled third-party valuers.
- Ensure adherence to valuation guidelines, market benchmarks, and regulatory norms.
- Evaluate cost of construction (COC) for under-construction properties and self-construction cases.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage and monitor empaneled technical consultants/valuers for quality and compliance.
- Conduct periodic audits of vendors’ reports and performance.
- Assist in empanelment, onboarding, and training of recent valuers.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify and report market-level technical risks, encroachments,



legal zoning issues, or structural red flags.
- Provide technical red flags and guidance to the credit team on property-related concerns.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth technical due diligence.
- Support business teams with technical expertise on complex property cases.
- MIS & Reporting:
- Maintain and update region-wise MIS for technical reports, approvals, and rejections.
- Provide monthly and quarterly dashboards on performance and exception handling.
