We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM), to join our talented team.
Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITSM modules.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements.

ITSM Module Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in core ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient ServiceNow configurations.

Integration and Automation:
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Design and implement automation solutions to enhance ITSM processes.

Customization and Scripting:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts,
business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality.
- Customize forms, lists, and workflows to optimize user experience.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, support, and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.

ITSM Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with core ITSM modules in ServiceNow.
