Job Description:

Job Title: Sales / MIS Coordinator

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Salary: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update sales-related data, dashboards, and trackers

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management and sales team

-
Coordinate with the sales team, production, and dispatch for smooth order execution

Process sales orders and ensure timely documentation and invoicing

-
Analyze sales performance and assist in forecasting and planning

-
Respond to client queries and follow-up on order status and deliveries

Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and client communications

Qualifications:

-
Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc)



– MBA in Marketing or Operations preferred

Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales coordination or MIS role, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG sector

Skills Required: Advanced Excel, strong communication, time management, ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
