Job Description:

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai is looking for a energetic and experienced Operations Head to lead and optimize our production and operational processes.

Position Overview:

The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth production processes, efficient resource utilization, and timely delivery of high-quality chocolate products. This leadership role requires strong expertise in production management, team coordination, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations across production, quality control, and distribution to meet business objectives and customer demands.

Production Management: Oversee the entire production process to ensure smooth operations, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Process Optimization:



Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure alignment with business goals and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage raw material procurement, production planning, inventory levels, and distribution logistics to ensure the uninterrupted flow of operations.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality control processes to guarantee product consistency and safety.
