Job Description:

Role & responsibilities
- Experience in quantity Survey / Billing, Rate Analysis, Drafting of Tender, BOQ specification, Contracts Terms & Conditions, valuable negotiation skills & work Order in infrastructure & building activities.
- Preparing Running Account Bill. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule of the project. Reconcile the Bill of Quantity and Analysis of Final Recovery Accurate quantity take-off from the drawings Preparing estimates and Rate analysis of variation works.
- To check measurements at site wherever necessary.
- To check the bills adhering to the terms & conditions mentioned in the work order along with the taxes claimed as per the prevailing rates.

Preferred candidate profile
- BE ( Civil) or Diploma In Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate is must
- Experience on AUTOCAD experience is must.
