Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager/ Branch Sales Manager to lead our team in Vastral, Khambhat, or Navsari. As a Branch Manager/ BSM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service for our Secured Loan (LAP) product.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights for process improvements

Requirements:
- Graduation (Must)




- Age up to 35 Years
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in NBFC or banking
- Strong knowledge of Secured Loan (LAP) products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
