Job Description:
- Lead and manage end to end plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety and delivery targets.
- Plan, organize and oversee daily production activities to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement systems, processes and performance metrics to improve productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Monitor operations continuously and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Recruit, develop and manage plant personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records for production, safety, attendance, payroll and ergonomics.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain equipment health and drive preventive maintenance practices.
- Encourage and support employee engagement, innovation and cross functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.




- Solid grasp of business fundamentals, including budgeting, resource planning and performance management.
- Hands on experience with industrial equipment and technical operations.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs, safety standards, quality protocols and inventory controls.
- Data driven decision maker with a strong problem solving mindset.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably within Carbon, Automobile or Mechanical engineering industries.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Location: Hyderabad / Patancheru

Salary negotiable based on current salary and experience.
