We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking sector and be capable of working in a hybrid mode, aligning with the UK time zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, improving banking processes, supporting project management, and ensuring regulatory compliance among other key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze and document requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals.
Process Improvement:
- Assess current banking processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose changes to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Design new workflows or modify existing ones to better meet business needs.
Project Management Support:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Solution Design and Validation:
- Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with the bank's overall strategy.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze banking data to derive insights that inform business decisions.
