Job Summary
The Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical application support, product demonstrations, user training,



and post-installation support for Critical Care products. The role involves working closely with the sales team, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff to ensure successful product implementation, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations for Critical Care products.
- Provide application support during product evaluations, installations, and commissioning.
- Train doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and end users on the safe and effective use of the products.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in conducting clinical workshops, CMEs, seminars, and product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ICU physicians, anesthesiologists, intensivists, nurses, and hospital management.
