Factor is looking for a sharp, organised and technically capable Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the operational engine behind our weekly marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves the detail: building lists, preparing campaigns, writing and formatting drafts, cleaning data, managing unsubscribes, updating HubSpot, checking campaign health and making sure every send goes out properly.
You’ll work across email marketing, CRM hygiene, campaign operations and basic automation. The right person will be fast, structured, reliable and comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Zapier and HTML email templates.
This role is ideal for someone who has solid marketing common sense, can spot mistakes before they become problems, and takes pride in keeping campaigns clean, accurate and moving.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for preparing weekly marketing campaigns from start to finish, including:
- Building and cleaning campaign lists
- Creating and copying campaigns in Campaign Monitor
- Writing and formatting email drafts




- Creating and editing simple HTML email templates
- Checking links, formatting, subject lines, send settings and audience segments
- Removing people who have responded, unsubscribed or should no longer be contacted
- Updating contact records, phone numbers, job titles and company details in HubSpot
- Keeping campaign lists clean, accurate and ready for outreach
- Setting up simple automations through Zapier and HubSpot
- Monitoring campaign performance, deliverability and send health
- Coordinating with internal teams to make sure campaigns are ready on time
- Keeping records organised so everyone knows what has been sent, to whom and when
