Role & responsibilities
- manage end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit ensuring planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships and ensure the right talent is available when needed.
- Plan & execute recruitment activities against the Headcount budget & attritions for various departments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Maintain proper source mix & promote low cost sourcing channels
- Maintain positive candidate onboarding experience
- Meeting TAT compliance for all the designated activities
