The Solutions Engineer is part of the Workmarket Implementation team and in this role, will build / configure automation or integration relays between other products clients use and Workmarket.
In this role, the Solution Engineer must join the pre-sales call with the Sales team and the client to understand the client requirement and confirm our ability to develop what the client wants.
Additionally they will need to speak with the client, during the Implementation cycle to demonstrate how the relay / automation / integration works and how the client has to use it. For this reason, they have to work US work hours i.e. India night shift
What is an Automation / Integration / Relay : Clients could be using other applications for scheduling or work assignment and will have a requirement to take the work schedule data / pay rate data from the non-ADP product and automate the process of creating
