The AI-Amplified Philosophy ?We heavily embrace generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate production speed. However, we do not post generic AI fluff. We need a human creator who deeply understands startup mechanics, hates robotic clichés,



and knows how to write hooks that make busy venture capitalists stop scrolling.

Core Responsibilities & Expectations
- Startup News Tracking: Monitor major news ecosystems (YourStory, Inc42, TechCrunch, X trends) daily to spot high-impact stories.
- AI Prompting & Refinement: Use advanced AI workflows to rapidly outline, summarize, and draft content, then aggressively edit to give it a sharp, human voice.
- LinkedIn & X Mastery: Own the daily content pipeline. Craft 1 high-impact LinkedIn post daily and manage a steady pulse of 2–3 high-signal X updates.
- Deconstructive Analysis: Move past the "headline." Don't just say a company raised $10M; outline why their unit economics, team dynamics, or market timing made investors pull the trigger.
- Multimedia Ideation: Script short audio/video snippets, plan basic graphics, and coordinate text or audio interviews with emerging founders.
