Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, and data center networks
- Implement and support campus network solutions using Cisco, HPE, and Aruba technologies
- Manage hybrid cloud connectivity and SD-WAN integrations to ensure seamless enterprise connectivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues
- Perform network upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management of network devices
- Manage network access control systems and ensure compliance with security policies
- Work with authentication and authorization systems such as TACACS+ and ISE
- Support network security infrastructure and enforce enterprise security standards
- Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Data Center, Security, and WAN teams on infrastructure projects
- Maintain accurate network documentation and topology records
- Transition completed projects into operational (day-2) support and monitoring
- Provide regular status updates and technical reporting to stakeholders
