ADP is interviewing for Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) Transformation Leaders. This future ADP Leader will have deep experience driving order to cash transformation discussions with line of business stakeholders,



developing a roadmap and implementation strategy using next generation Oracle Order-to-Cash solutions and articulating transparent business outcomes and benefits. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle or SAP implementations or migration and deployment of these solutions. Requiring excellent communication skills, the role is tasked with leading business driven conversations with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels and be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas to drive effective transformation and change management.
In this position, you'll be an individual contributor and be part of a small team that will be fully responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of continuous improvement within the OTC space. As we build out the organization, the role may have a few BPI or Transformation managers' report into them. The position will roll up to the Transformation Director.
