We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Chat Support representatives for the night shift. This role involves assisting customers through online chat, providing them with timely and accurate information regarding our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat support to clients during the night shift.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
