We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Operations Manager with a strong background in site dismantling operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the safe and efficient dismantling of telecom or infrastructure sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site dismantling operations including tower removal, shelter dismantling, and equipment recovery.
- Prepare and review dismantling plans, safety protocols, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and project managers to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct pre- and post-site inspections and document dismantling progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, compliance norms, and quality standards.
- Maintain inventory and records of dismantled equipment and materials.




- Handle field escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Generate daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
- 4 8 years of experience in site dismantling/field operations.
- Prior experience in telecom, infrastructure, or construction sector preferred.
- Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of safety and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to field sites.
