Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
System Configuration: Configure PTC Servigistics modules for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
Testing & Validation: Define test plans and execute functional, UAT, and regression testing.
Data Analysis: Analyze data inputs/outputs and write SQL queries to identify root causes and troubleshoot anomalies.
Integration Support: Facilitate data flows between Servigistics and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. · User Training: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
