We are a rapid-paced, bootstrapped startup looking to scale our influencer marketing platform and develop a strong market presence among competitors.
Experience Required
2 years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven business.
What we are looking for:
Someone who can analyse the customer feedback, track product KPIs/metrics and drive experiments that can build a strong moat for the product in the market.
Responsibilities
Define and track product KPIs such as activation, retention, feature adoption, NPS, and release velocity.
Build customer feedback loops and convert insights into roadmap recommendations.
Proactively unblock customers by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in their workflows to ensure smooth operations.
Create detailed PRDs for the new features and improvements based on customer feedback.
Lead experimentation (A/B testing, feature rollouts, beta programs)
which can lead to future revenue prospects.
Work with the core team to define monthly priorities and OKRs.
Use tools like Jira, Mix Panel, Search Console to track platform health, user behavior, and project progress.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of SaaS products and how to build them.
Coordinate with the engineering team, sales & internal cre8r team, to drive product growth and platform adoption.
Excellent project/program management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Data-driven decision making (SQL, dashboards, analytics) for uncovering actionable product insights.
Robust communication and operational excellence.
Technical understanding of software development and Agile.
