Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architectural visualization and the ability to transform architectural concepts into realistic, high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for premium residential projects.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D exterior and interior visualizations for residential projects.
Develop photorealistic renders and walkthrough animations.
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand design intent.
Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and furniture to enhance visual presentations.
Revise visualizations based on client and design team feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of renders while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (mandatory).
Solid proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques.
Solid visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in premium residential architectural and interior visualization.
Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation.
Experience with Unreal Engine, D5 Render, or similar visualization tools is an added advantage.
