About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the digital advertising ecosystem. You will work on prospecting, running and optimising paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads while closely tracking performance metrics and campaign goals.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of paid media and wants hands-on exposure in scaling campaigns, audience targeting, creatives, and conversion optimisation.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions




Conduct audience research and targeting
Coordinate with creative/design teams for ad creatives
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting
Generate regular performance reports and insights
Track pixels, conversion events, and campaign analytics
Stay updated with latest trends in digital advertising and performance marketing

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising
Hand on experience of on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with campaign objectives, targeting, and optimisation
Understanding of tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc. is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to numbers and performance metrics
Valuable communication and ownership mindset

Bonus Points:
Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
Knowledge of landing page optimization and attribution
