Role Description The Conference Producer role at Alden Global is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Conference Producer is responsible for end-to-end production of conferences and related events, including developing event concepts, defining themes, and shaping program agendas that align with market needs.

Day-to-day tasks include creating content outlines, coordinating with internal teams on event marketing and logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality attendee experiences.



The Conference Producer will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to achieve attendance, engagement, and revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Strong Communication skills for writing event content, moderating discussions when needed, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Speaker Acquisition experience to identify, approach, and secure senior leaders, subject-matter experts, and panelists for conferences and forums.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Comfort working in a quick-paced, deadlines-driven workplace with attention to detail and a focus on attendee experience.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools and familiarity with CRM or event management platforms; exposure to technology or B2B events is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in conference
