Job Description
Reporting into the CEO, you will :
Oversee daily operations of multi plant setups and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity in machining and stamping processes.
Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and maintain product quality standards.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality.
Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all operations of the units
Report operational performance to the leadership team and recommend strategies for growth and scalability.
Making sure that the Projects executed at the client side are smoothly run.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
A robust educational background in engineering or a related field.
Significant 20+ years experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector, particularly in the mechanical industry
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale operations of atleast a Top line of 800 cr+
MUST have experience in dealing with clients and preference if the person is engaged heavily in executing projects at the client side also.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A solid understanding of operational processes and compliance standards.
The ability to drive innovation and foster team collaboration.
