Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP CRM 7.x according to business needs, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Support integration of SAP CRM with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) and other systems via middleware (PI/PO).
Participate in the full project lifecycle: Blueprinting, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, and Support.
Develop functional specifications for workflows, enhancements, reports, and forms.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues.
Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
Work closely with ABAP developers to implement custom solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:




Solid hands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.x, including Web UI, NWBC, and CRM Middleware.
Expertise in CRM processes: Sales, Marketing, Service, Interaction Center.
Valuable understanding of SAP CRM data model, master data, and business transaction types.
Experience in partner functions, pricing, campaigns, and service orders.
Familiarity with CRM integration scenarios with SAP ERP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO).
Knowledge of configuration, workflows, and personalization in CRM.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
