Roles and Responsibilities
Training Program Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver Sales, Behavioural, and Product training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Customize training modules to meet specific organizational and individual needs.
Team Leadership & Regional Management: Lead and manage regional training teams across North, East, and West regions. Ensure consistent delivery of training initiatives across locations while addressing region-specific requirements.
E-learning & Training Academy Initiatives: Create engaging and interactive E-learning content to ensure versatile and accessible learning prospects. Drive the implementation and growth of the organization's Training Academy initiatives.
Training Effectiveness & Business Alignment: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Align training objectives with overall business goals to ensure measurable impact on organizational performance.
