Swiss Re is hiring for the role of Apprenticeship!

Responsibilities of the Apprentice:
Assist in handling Client submissions of Reinsurance contracts
Process client reinsurance accounts (premiums, claims, brokerage, etc.) and ensure quality standards are met
Capture accurate claim information by referring to claim advice after checking contract documents/conditions
Ensure financial transactions/payments are in adherence to processes and guidelines, quality management framework, and key controls
Timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable), keeping track of financials for the team.
Timely follow-ups and escalation of issues to management and/or senior management as appropriate
Manage assigned tasks effectively to achieve agreed service/business standards




Contact internal business partners to resolve any long-pending operational issues
Any other ad-hoc/admin related tasks as required from time to time that are deemed appropriate for this role

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Insurance, or related fields.
Valuable written and verbal interpersonal skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, and ability to learn
Flexibility in work timings
