About the job

Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Process payroll accurately and maintain employee payroll records.
Handle attendance, leave management and employee records.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain employee files, HR databases and MIS reports.
Coordinate employee induction and onboarding activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve routine HR queries.
Assist in performance management and other HR initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
