About the job
Assisting the CEO in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies
Managing the CEO's calendar, including arranging and coordinating meetings, calls, and other activities
Answering and returning phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
Drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for the CEO
Conducting research and gathering information as requested
Serving as a liaison between the CEO, internal staff, and external contacts
Managing confidential information with discretion
