Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
Experience with configuration management and automation tools related to Infrastructure As Code.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues effectively.
Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve system reliability.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
