Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive (Materials) to manage sourcing activities at the supplier end

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term business partnerships.

Source materials based on BOM (Bill of Materials), project requirements, and inventory needs.

Ensure procurement of materials meets quality standards and delivery timelines.

Track shipment schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth material flow.

Monitor supplier performance with respect to delivery, cost, and quality.

Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, contracts, pricing, and delivery performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Robust knowledge of material categories

Understanding of supply chain operations and lead-time management

Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills
