Job Title: Senior Coordinator – Human Resources (Payroll Operations)
Location: Chennai (OMR, Kandanchavadi) – 5 Days Work from Office
Experience: 4–6 Years
Compensation: Up to 9 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice / Up to 45 Days

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for medium to large employee populations.
Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments Act, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
Handle payroll governance, compliance reporting, and internal/external audits.
Coordinate with payroll vendors and manage payroll-related HR operations.
Drive process automation, digitisation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Support payroll controls, audits, and compliance activities.
Required Profile
4–6 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations,



Shared Services, GCC, SSC, or KPO settings.
Solid knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll audits, and labour regulations.
Experience with payroll systems, HRMS platforms, and vendor management.
Proven ability to improve processes through automation and digitisation.
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution preferred.
Preferred Background

Candidates from GCCs, Captives, SSCs, KPOs, or Payroll Service Provider organisations.
