Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems.

The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:




Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain explicit records of application updates.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
Familiarity with APIs and low-code/no-code development environments.
Robust problem-solving skills to address application configuration and support challenges.
Ability to work with release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
