Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements, lease agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, license agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice on corporate laws, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), data protection, legal metrology, environmental, consumer, and manufacturing laws.
Conduct legal due diligence and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and business regulations.
Manage the organization's IP portfolio, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design registrations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance and mitigate business risks.
Maintain legal records, contract repositories, litigation trackers, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with external legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.

Required Qualifications
LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
min 3–10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts, and compliance.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, footwear, consumer goods, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
