Track and control project schedules, budgets, and costs using tools like MS Project.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC, and site teams
Ensure timely submission, review, and closure of drawings, datasheets, and documents
Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and MOMs
Coordinate commissioning, testing, and final documentation
Support billing milestones, records, and project handover

Typical Experience
B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
8–18 years of experience
Experience in EPC, industrial machinery, process plants, or capital equipment projects
Exposure to customer-facing project execution and cross-functional coordination
