The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery, while serving as the main liaison for application-related activities and decisions.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the SAP workplace.
Solid knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to HANA technology.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Experience working with SAP modules integration and understanding of system landscapes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
