Position: Group Editor

Location: New Delhi

Role Overview:

The Group Editor will lead the editorial vision, strategy, and execution across all publications and media platforms of Agriculture Today Group. The role requires a agile leader with deep understanding of the agriculture sector, solid editorial judgment, and the ability to drive impactful content across print, digital, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Editorial Leadership: Define and drive the editorial strategy aligned with the organization's vision and industry relevance.
Content Development & Oversight: Oversee planning, creation, and publishing of high-quality content across magazines, digital platforms, newsletters, and special reports.
Team Management: Lead and mentor editorial teams, writers, contributors, and freelancers to ensure consistency, quality, and deadlines.
Industry Engagement: Build solid relationships with policymakers, industry leaders, agri-businesses, researchers, and institutions.
Thought Leadership: Identify emerging trends in agriculture, agri-tech, sustainability, and rural development.
Event & Conference Content: Curate and moderate content for conferences, conclaves, and leadership events organized by the Group.




Quality & Compliance: Ensure accuracy, credibility, and adherence to editorial standards and ethical guidelines.
Digital Growth: Strengthen digital presence through SEO-driven content and audience engagement strategies.

Key Requirements:
Degree in Journalism, Agriculture, Mass Communication, or related field
8–15 years of editorial experience
Strong network within the agriculture and agri-business sectors
Excellent writing and communication skills
Leadership and team management experience
Understanding of digital media trends
