Roles & Responsibilities -
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
Coordinate with internal teams across creative, media, content, SEO, and operations for smooth execution
Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations
Conduct regular client review meetings and maintain clear communication on progress and deliverables
Understand client objectives and ensure execution aligns with business goals
Track project timelines, approvals, dependencies, and pending actions across teams
Support strategy discussions, campaign planning, and client presentations
Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders
Identify client concerns proactively and ensure quick resolution through coordination with teams




Build strong long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth prospects
