About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven Finance Associate with hands-on experience in US bookkeeping, financial data management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to QuickBooks, Tally Prime (or similar ERP systems), and robust proficiency in Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities




Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks and other online bookkeeping tools
Perform accurate data entry in Tally Prime / ERP systems
Prepare, manage, and update financial reports using Google Sheets
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial records
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data requirements
Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders when required

Requirements
Proven experience in QuickBooks (US-based bookkeeping preferred)
Working knowledge of Tally Prime or similar ERP software
Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, reporting, data validation, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Preferred Background
Inter CA qualified
Experience working with CA firms (preferred over general industry exposure)
Familiarity with US accounting standards
Experience in IT or service-based industries
