Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing digital marketing performance, generating quality leads, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, You Tube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Develop, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting to improve ROI.
Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.





Required Skills
Robust expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, You Tube).
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Robust understanding of Performance Marketing strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event setup.
Understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization.
Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads Certification is preferred.
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
