We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and activating Authorized Persons (APs) to expand our distribution network. You will collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of APs while achieving acquisition targets.

Complete onboarding formalities and documentation as per compliance norms
Achieve monthly and quarterly AP acquisition targets





Support APs in initial client acquisition and account opening

4+ years of experience in sales/business development within BFSI/Capital Markets

Proven track record in channel acquisition
Target-driven with robust negotiation and networking skills
Experience in stock broking or financial services industry
Strong local market knowledge

Ability to build long-term business relationships
