Education - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Closure
Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure timely monthly/annual closure of books
Review and finalize Trial Balance, ledgers, and schedules
Ensure accurate accounting for service revenue, expenses, and project-based accounting
Segment P&L;, consolidation of books of accounts of domestic and foreign entities
Positive knowledge of Indian accounting standards and IFRS.

Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance
Deliver monthly MIS reports in prescribed formats and various other reports to track the business performance.

Taxation & Compliance
Oversee TDS and GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations
Manage Advance Tax, Self-Assessment Tax, and TDS receivables
Support Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing documentation
Provide data for Income tax and GST assessments
Handle routine notices and liaise with authorities

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Supervise Accounts Payable: contract review, invoice validation, and payment approvals




Manage Accounts Receivable: billing, collections, and debtor ageing
Drive efficiency in working capital for monthly and fortnightly basis

Payroll & Audit
Oversee payroll processing and compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for timely closure

Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with SEZ regulations, loan covenants, and labor laws
Maintain compliance calendar and documentation
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes

Budgeting & Cash Flow

Role Summary
Support annual budgeting and track actuals vs budget
Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity

Additional Responsibilities
Manage banking relationships and day-to-day treasury operations
Drive process improvements and automation in finance
Lead and mentor the finance team
Robust accounting and compliance knowledge (GST, TDS)
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
Positive team management and coordination skills
