About the Role:

As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work closely with the founder across creative strategy, production, research and operations. Since we're a bootstrapped production company in our growth phase, every week looks a little different. You might be writing scripts one day, building project briefs the next, sitting in on client meetings, helping out on shoots, or researching ideas that eventually become films.

You'll get a front-row seat to what it actually takes to build a creative production company from the exciting moments to the countless little details that make positive work possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

Don’t fret, broad scope, small clientele. We will be very involved
Understanding our clients and their businesses to develop thoughtful strategies that build awareness and generate leads.
Researching industries, brands,



references and ideas that strengthen creative thinking.
Writing scripts, captions and content ideas. BIG plus if you're comfortable shooting content too.
Building project briefs and keeping information structured and organised.
Supporting project management and making sure projects stay on track.
Ensuring timely posting schedules for the accounts we manage.
Assisting on shoots whenever required.
Basic video editing and working knowledge of Canva is preferred, but not mandatory.
Using AI thoughtfully—not as a replacement for creativity, but as a tool to make research, workflows and execution better.
