CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Project Sales to drive business growth by developing project prospects across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, and infrastructure segments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in specification selling and relationship management with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through project sales and specification selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Consultants, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Corporate Clients.
Identify upcoming projects and secure product specifications.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams for successful project execution.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in project negotiations.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Sales.
Proven experience in Specification Selling and Institutional/B2B Sales.
Solid network with Architects, Consultants, PMCs, Builders, Developers, and Contractors in the Chennai market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
