Compliance & Documentation: Ensure real-time, accurate entries in BMRs, equipment logbooks, and line-clearance checklists. Team Management: Assign daily shift targets, manage shift rosters, and train operators on safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Equipment Oversight: Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for routine cleaning (CIP/SIP), calibration, and breakdown repairs. Quality & Safety Coordination:
Report deviations, manage line clearances, and assist Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) during investigations and audits. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on plant manufacturing experience in a regulated pharma setting.
